Group classes are suitable for all levels. Every group yoga class we get has a unique experience. If you are looking for relaxing yoga session or powerful and challenging session, or a combination of both, group classesare for you.
Our teachers will gauge the fitness, flexibility of participants on the mat while designing the yoga group practice.
Our Group Yoga Classes comprises of Surya Namaskar, Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas and Meditation.
Focus on breath and mindful awareness is the key to get the desired results therefore we insist you to join us with an open mind and push yourself to an extent that keeps you going joyfully.
People with severe medical conditions are advised to consult doctors and discuss before signing up for the classes.
Time-
Batch 1- 10am to 11am
Batch 2- 7pm t 8pm
( Monday to Friday)
Weekend Batch- (Saturday and Sunday)
7pm to 8pm
